📋 Client Prep Guide
Vision & Planning: bring a goal (branding, headshots, lifestyle) and any inspo images.
Wardrobe: 2–3 outfits; solids & neutrals photograph best; steam/iron ahead.
Grooming: hair/makeup camera-ready; bring powder, brush, oil blotters.
Arrival: arrive 10 minutes early; sessions start on time; time cannot be extended due to lateness.
Mindset: positive energy; we’ll guide poses & expressions—have fun.
After the Shoot: Mini = 3 unedited images. Full = all RAWs + 6 retouched edits (add-ons available).
🧾 Booking Policy
Payment: Full payment required at booking to secure your time slot. All payments are non-refundable but transferrable with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule (48+ hours’ notice); additional reschedules incur a $50 rebooking fee.
Late Policy: 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $50 late fee applies every 15 minutes. 30+ minutes late may result in cancellation without refund.
No-Show: No-shows forfeit all payments.
Conduct: Professional environment—no smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drug use. Violations end the session without refund.
Image Delivery: Mini: 3 unedited (3–5 biz days). Full: all RAWs + 6 retouched (7–10 biz days). Additional edits may extend timelines.
Ownership & Usage Rights: Images remain the intellectual property of BELAVATI STUDIOS LLC. Clients are granted broad personal and professional usage rights, including business marketing, advertising, websites, and social media. No resale/redistribution; no third-party edits that compromise image integrity. Credit appreciated (Photo by @BELAVATISTUDIOS). Studio may use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
