Private Studio Session

While recording at home might seem convenient, nothing beats the professional sound, equipment, and environment that a dedicated studio provides. Plus, with a professional studio setting, you eliminate the distractions of home recording and get a polished, radio-ready sound. Recording sessions are strictly private, bringing additional guest is prohibited unless communicated upon booking. You are allowed up to 2 people associated with your record. This can be your Management Team, A&R, or anyone involved within the project such as a featured artist. If allowed, each additional guest will be charged $25/ per person entering the studio outside of the recording artist(s).

If you would like to master this track please refer to the "WORK WITH US" tab and select "MIXING & MASTERING SERVICES."

You will have the option to upgrade your session on site for mixing and mastering services, please take note that the added service will take place 12:01 the following day from booking due to high volume traffic. Please be mindful of the hours you choose to book as adding additional hours to your current session may not be available due to other artist booking after your allotted time.

Expectation:

Please arrive to your session a minimum of 15 minutes early and have your music ready or pre sent to the provided email below: Support@belavatistudios.com

We do not under any circumstances download illegal beats from YouTube.

Late Policy

We allow a 15 minute grace period which will be deducted from your scheduled time. Failure to arrive within the first 15 Minutes will result in a $50 late fee in addition to your total. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will automatically forfeit your session  resulting in cancelation with no refund. (no exceptions.)

In the event that you do make it within the 15 minute mark, your time slot still remains so you will have to work within the time that is left in your scheduled session.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. However, we will give you store credit for any service or product you would like to choose from our website if applicable.

Cancelation Policy:

In the event you may need to cancel your session with us, please contact us within 24 hours from your session time via email at  Support@belavatistudios.com or reach out to us via the confirmation text you receive upon booking.  Failure to do so will result in a no show and you will not be able to reschedule your session as well be placed on the banned list for booking Private sessions.

No Show Policy:

Failure to show up will result in no refund and ban you from booking future private sessions with us. (no exceptions.)

Studio Conduct:

1. Prohibited Items: Smoking, drugs, weapons, and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the studio at all times. 

2. Violation Penalties: Any violation of the no-smoking, no-drugs, no-weapons, and no alcohol policy will result in an immediate ban from future sessions and services with the company.

3. Illegal Substances: If you are caught with illegal substances in the facility, you will be fined $500 and banned from working with the company in the future. 

By booking a session or requesting services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Out of State Bookings:

We’re ready to travel anywhere across the United States and Toronto, Canada, to bring your music vision to life. Whether you’re in a bustling city or a hidden gem, we’ll come to you! Please note, travel costs will be added on top of any other services you choose. If you’re located outside the U.S. or Toronto, don’t worry – reach out, and we’ll work together to make it happen!

After checking out, we will email, call and or text you to confirm the best possible dates and times that work for you. This helps to ensure everyone stays on the same page so we can move as efficient as possible.
