What is a creative treatment?

Clients are responsible for props, locations, permits, and talent unless otherwise discussed during consultation.

How long does delivery take?

Videos are delivered in high-resolution formats suitable for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

What happens if my concept changes?

Changes that increase scope may require additional pricing, which will be discussed during consultation.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All bookings are non-refundable.

Once a booking is confirmed, time, planning, and production resources are reserved specifically for your project. For this reason, payments cannot be refunded.

Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

What happens if I cancel my shoot?

Cancellations forfeit the booking payment. In certain cases, a credit may be applied toward a future session at our discretion.

What is your late policy?

Clients are expected to arrive on time and ready for their scheduled shoot.

- A 10-minute grace period is provided

- Time lost due to late arrival is deducted from your scheduled session

- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled depending on availability, after 30 minutes, sessions usually auto-cancel systematically 

- Late arrivals do not qualify for refunds or extended time
