Keep your image current all year. The BELAVATI Seasonal Headshot Membership gives you a guided headshot opportunity each season and one professionally retouched digital image from every session you attend.

What’s included

• Four seasonal 30-minute individual headshot opportunities: fall 2026, winter 2026, spring 2027, and summer 2027
• One finished digital headshot from each attended session (up to four total)
• A proof gallery to choose your favorite from each session
• Guidance with posing and expression
• Additional retouched images available for $25 each

Scheduling and missed seasons

BELAVATI sets seasonal headshot dates and shares appointment options in advance after booking. We may offer more than one date in a season when the calendar allows; exact dates and times are not guaranteed before purchase. Sessions take place at our scheduled Rochester-area studio location.

If none of the offered dates work for you in a season, the session itself does not roll over to a custom date. Instead, at the next seasonal session you attend, you can select two edited headshots rather than one. This extra-image credit applies only to the immediately following season; it does not accumulate across seasons or extend the four-season membership.

This membership is for one person, paid once for the four-season cycle, and does not renew automatically. Custom dates, travel, and extra images beyond those described above are not included. $250 plus applicable tax. Booking dates will be coordinated separately.
