This is more than studio time. This is part of the BELAVATI Development Structure — designed for artists who are ready to stop moving session to session and start building with intention.
Whether you’re working on singles, an EP, or finding your sound, the Creator Bundle helps you lock into a routine and create real progress.

The Creator Bundle is the first step. Once artists begin locking in consistently and stacking records, BELAVATI Membership tiers become the next level with deeper development support and added perks.
Founders Circle
Artists who join during the early phase of the BELAVATI Development Structure will be part of the BELAVATI Founders Circle, which means your rate is locked in as the studio continues to grow.
Before Your Session
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can start on time.
Have your beat and lyrics ready so we can maximize your recording time.

Additional Information
Sessions are 2 and a half hours with a maximum of 3 hours.
Additional studio time is available if needed.
Mixing and mastering upgrades can be added after your session at your Founders Circle Rate. Due to scheduling, add-on services begin the following day.
Guest Policy +
Sessions are strictly private unless approved in advance.
- Up to 2 guests associated with the record (management, A&R, featured artist, etc.)
- Additional guests (if approved): $25 per person
Music & Beat Policy +
We do not download illegal beats from YouTube or use unlicensed instrumentals in session.
Please bring properly licensed beats/files, or be ready to purchase the correct license.
Late Policy +
- 15-minute grace period (time is deducted from your session)
- After 15 minutes: $50 late fee
- After 30 minutes: session is forfeited (no refund)
Cancellation / No-Show +
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance via email or your booking confirmation message.
- No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
- Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
Refund Policy +
All sales are final. No refunds for services rendered.
In select situations, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Studio Conduct +
To protect the environment and the session experience:
- No smoking, drugs, weapons, or alcohol.
- Violations may result in removal from the session and future booking restrictions.
Final Agreement +
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed above.
Your purchase constitutes an electronic signature and acceptance of these terms.
