November 7–8, 2026 | Official Media Partner: BELAVATI SPORTS

Reserve priority consideration for your athlete's coverage at UYBA Fall Nationals. Your reservation is added to our assignment list only after Shopify confirms payment. Please provide the athlete's name, team, jersey number, division/class, and game time/court (if available) during booking.

ATHLETE COVERAGE EXPERIENCES

$35 — Athlete Spotlight: Entry-level spotlight experience. Confirm the specific deliverable before purchase; custom hero graphics are separate.

$50 — Featured Game Coverage: One-game athlete photography coverage.

$75 — Featured Game + Highlight Reel: One-game athlete coverage with a short-form highlight reel, subject to sufficient usable footage.

$125 — Tournament Spotlight: Coverage from up to two scheduled games, with a target of 6–8 edited photos and a 30–60 second reel, subject to actual playing time and captured footage.

IMPORTANT COVERAGE INFORMATION

Coverage depends on the athlete's playing time, access to scheduled games, tournament schedules, and game conditions. Booking does not guarantee action photographs or specific plays if an athlete does not enter the game. Available warmup, bench, portrait, or other eligible moments may be captured when appropriate. We cannot guarantee that every game or athlete will be photographed outside confirmed paid assignments.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refund requests are reviewed individually and are subject to approval. Where coverage work has begun, an approved partial refund may reflect retention of 30% of the package price for work performed. If BELAVATI cannot provide the purchased service, applicable refund rights will be honored. Please review your athlete's schedule and expected playing time before booking.

Questions or schedule changes? Contact BELAVATI SPORTS and include your Shopify order number, athlete name, team, and jersey number. Standard delivery is generally 3–5 business days unless otherwise communicated.

Additional image, print, and rush delivery options may be available separately. Do not select an add-on as a standalone athlete coverage reservation.
